Our work involved managing businesses in an executive and day-to-day capacity, which included making key decisions, solving problems, overcoming challenges, and understanding how best to grow the business. This also encompassed developing ideas, refining product/service ranges, enhancing customer experience, responding to market developments, and managing strategy and business planning.
This work helped build sales, improve profitability, and create better, more efficient businesses. Contributing to so many areas for such a diverse group of businesses has provided us with an invaluable education – one where we’ve been fortunate enough to be part of many successes and have learned important lessons from a few failures. Most importantly, it’s an education that has taught us first-hand what’s required to establish, develop, and grow a business successfully.
